As a BMF Beautician / Therapist, you understand our clients’ beauty needs best! You will be counted on to put our clients’ minds at ease with high levels of sensitivity, understanding, skill and service in administering the relevant treatments. After each treatment, you will follow up with our clients on their treatment results, building strong relationships with them to ensure good client retention and referrals.

You will need to have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in the professional aesthetic/beauty industry. A relevant beauty certification (ITEC/CIBTAC/CIDESCO/equivalent) is a must. In addition to being a great team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition, you should also be dedicated to learning and honing your skills.

This position is valued for the smooth operation of the reception, which includes appointments scheduling, handling general enquiries & feedback through telephone & email, and hosting clients at our centres. By prioritising safety and service, our clients will have a positive experience at BMF! You must possess up-to-date knowledge of our current promotions and packages, and proficiency in all aspects of treatments, products and facility. Other duties include operating the point of sale system, handling all payment transactions accurately and ensuring strict compliance in cash float handling.

You will need to have a minimum of 1 year customer service experience in the retail industry. In addition to being a great team player with a positive attitude and pleasant disposition, you should also be able to work independently and under pressure. Good interpersonal and communication skills is a must.

We are looking for a knowledgeable Beauty Consultant who possesses high level of perceptiveness when it comes to helping our clients achieve their beauty goals. You will be managing a full spectrum of selling and consultation services for a wide range of hair, skin and body treatments and products, and providing our clients with professional, personalised advice. By building strong rapport with our clients, you will be imperative in ensuring good client retention and referrals.

You will need to have a minimum of 1 year relevant experience in the professional aesthetic/beauty industry, and possess extensive and up-to-date knowledge of beauty trends and skincare products. Strong sales track records is a definite advantage. If you are proactive, self-motivated in achieving sales targets and well-versed in beauty and wellness, this is the position for you!
