Use before shampoo. Apply directly on the scalp and massage in circular movements with the fingertips for 3-5 minutes. Leave on for another 3 minutes. Rinse and follow with shampoo.
Recommended:
Use once weekly for normal scalp condition. Increase frequency to 2 to 3 times per week for scaly scalp condition, and reduce to weekly usage when condition improves.
